The lowest ticket into a new Bang Tao condominium
The Title Sierra is three eight-storey buildings around a courtyard in Cherngtalay, on the Srisoonthorn side of Bang Tao. 408 of its 452 residences are one-bedrooms from 28.38 m², which is why the ticket starts where most Bang Tao new-build stops: one-bedrooms from THB 2.5M. Groceries, a hardware store and the restaurants of Porto de Phuket and Boat Avenue are a walk away; the beach is a ten-minute shuttle.
Inside, the courtyard is a small resort: a lap pool and three more pools on the second floor, the Luna pool and lawns on the roof, a Pet Yard and Play Yard on the ground. Building C is set aside for owners with pets. We sell it with the developer's 0% interest instalment plan: THB 100,000 to book, then four steps of 25%, the last one at the transfer of ownership.

How big is the project?
452 residences in three eight-storey buildings, A, B and C, on 4-1-29.23 rai (6,916.9 m²), with 24 facilities and about 1,745 m² of green space on the ground, the second floor and the roof.

When will it be finished?
The developer plans completion in Q3 2028; construction was planned to start in Q2 2026. As soon as site photographs are released we send them to every buyer.
Can I live there with a dog or a cat?
Yes. Building C is the pet-friendly building of the project, and the Pet Yard on the ground floor is a fenced lawn with agility ramps. Choose a residence in Building C if a pet comes with you.
What facilities are there?
24 in total, 12 outdoor and 12 indoor: on the roof the Luna pool, Cloud Lounge, Cloud Yard and Yoga Lawn; on the second floor a 4 × 25 m lap pool, drift, party and kids pools, Beach Lounge, gym, steam, theater, co-working and meeting rooms; on the ground floor the Pet Yard, Play Yard, Hidden Yard, lobby and laundry.
What comes with the residence?
A free package: built-in kitchen with sink, electric hob and hood, built-in wardrobe, two or three air-conditioners depending on the type, two water heaters, wallpaper, curtains and sheers. Bathrooms have Kohler fittings and a 10 mm glass shower screen.
How far is the beach really?
Bang Tao beach is 3 km away. The project runs a shuttle that takes about 10 minutes; Maya Beach Club is 2.4 km and Catch Beach Club 3 km. You live where the shops and schools are and pay far less per square metre than on the beach road.
Who looks after the residence when I am away?
The Esquire, the developer's service team: property management, rental service, cleaning, maintenance and repairs, the shuttle and a privilege club. No rental return is promised, so we show you the rental numbers of comparable Bang Tao condos instead.
Who builds it?
