Price, payment, completion
How much does a residence cost?
One-bedrooms from THB 2.5M, the One-bedroom Plus from THB 4.5M, two-bedrooms from THB 5.5M. We send today's price and the free residences of your type in writing, usually the same day.
How is the payment split?
A 0% interest instalment plan: THB 100,000 to book, 25% at contract signing, 25% and 25% as two down payments during construction, and the last 25% at the transfer of ownership.
When will it be finished?
The developer plans completion in Q3 2028; construction was planned to start in Q2 2026. As soon as site photographs are released we send them to every buyer.
